Agreements with A.T.M. Networks Inc., Nippon System Development Co., Ltd., and Taarak India Private, Ltd. strengthen the company's presence in Korea, Japan, and India

Palo Alto, CA/13 May, 2003 – PGP Corporation, the recognized leader in secure messaging and data storage, announced today that it has taken additional steps to growing its international network of channel partners by signing agreements with three new distributors. A.T.M. Networks Inc., Nippon System Development Co., Ltd. (NSD), and Taarak India Private, Ltd. will now offer the trusted PGP® suite of security solutions in Korea, Japan, and India, respectively. These agreements will develop new lines of business for all parties while bringing PGP solutions to distributors' established customer bases.
